Guides & answers

YPI.AE Help Center

Find your next step, from saving a property to managing a professional workspace. Choose a topic below to get started.

Dashboard guide

Start with the right account and workspace.

Which account should I use?
  1. Use a Client account to save properties, compare options and contact professionals. Clients do not need a paid subscription.
  2. Use an Agent, Agency or Developer profile for the professional tools available to that role. Check the profile and organization shown in your dashboard before making changes.
  3. Open Verification for any outstanding professional checks. A verified profile and an active package are separate requirements; the dashboard shows what is missing.
Complete or update a professional profile
  1. Open Settings from the active workspace and complete the relevant business and profile fields.
  2. Save your changes and check the confirmation. Saving a draft does not by itself publish or verify the profile.
  3. If you use Profile Improver, review its proposed content and apply only the fields you want. Check identifiers and contact details yourself.
Switch accounts safely
  1. Sign out before signing in with another account. Tabs in the same browser share the login session.
  2. If an older tab reports that the account changed, reload it and confirm the new workspace before editing or paying.
  3. On a shared device, sign out when finished and review Account Security for sessions you no longer use.

Listings & leads

Prepare a listing, submit it for review and follow up on enquiries.

Add and publish a property
  1. Choose Add Property in the correct professional workspace. Complete each editor step with the actual property details, price, location and availability.
  2. Upload up to 35 photos and wait for processing to finish. Choose the main photo and save the draft.
  3. Complete the applicable advertising permit, broker identifier and declaration fields. Follow the publication readiness messages, then submit for Review.
  4. After approval, check the public listing, photos and contact details. A saved draft or submitted review is not confirmation that a listing is published.
Resolve a publication blocker
  1. Open the property editor and read the readiness message to identify the missing field.
  2. If the message says broker_identifier_required, check the assigned agent and their broker identifier (BRN), then save the relevant profile and listing changes.
  3. For permit or verification errors, correct the relevant information and complete the requested review. Use genuine identifiers; a package purchase does not replace these checks.
  4. Submit again only after correcting the blocker. If the message remains, retain the property reference and exact error for support.
Follow up on a lead or message
  1. Open Leads & CRM or Messages from your workspace and select the relevant enquiry or conversation.
  2. Review the linked property and contact context before replying. Keep follow-up notes and lead status current.
  3. Use Tasks and Appointments for your next actions. A message marked delivered or read in the platform does not confirm delivery of a separate email notification.

Projects & live inventory

Work with units and controlled access to private inventory.

Find projects and units
  1. Open Projects or Live Inventory from the relevant Developer, Agency or Agent workspace.
  2. Check the selected project, view and status filter. Use All when looking for units that are unavailable or in another status.
  3. Open a unit to review its current details before requesting a hold or taking the next available action. Only the actions allowed for your workspace are shown.
Share or revoke private inventory access
  1. From the owner workspace, choose the intended project and recipient. Review viewing, hold and export permissions separately before granting access.
  2. Recipients see only the shared inventory their workspace can access. A viewing grant does not automatically include export permission.
  3. Revoke access when it is no longer needed. The recipient list refreshes automatically while the page is open; historical reservations may remain visible as records.

Packages & billing

Review the current offer and verify the result of each payment.

Choose or manage a subscription
  1. For an Agency or Agent, open Subscription and review the current package price, listing allowance and included benefits. The live package screen reflects the configured offer.
  2. Choose a package and check the amount, billing period and account on the payment screen before paying.
  3. Return to the dashboard and wait for the payment status to settle. Verify the active package and access date. If payment succeeded but the status is still pending, keep the invoice reference and check again before attempting another purchase.
  4. Use Manage billing for the payment-provider options available to your subscription. After cancelling renewal, check the displayed access-until date; cancellation does not necessarily end the already-paid period immediately.
What should I do after a failed payment?
  1. Read the payment-provider error and check the payment method and billing details.
  2. For an existing subscription, use Manage billing to review the outstanding invoice and available payment options. Avoid buying a second package to settle the same invoice.
  3. After a successful retry, return to Subscription and verify the status and access date. Retain the invoice reference if the result does not update.
Promote a listing
  1. Open Promotions and choose an eligible listing in the correct workspace.
  2. Review the placement, duration and price shown before checkout. A promotion is a separate purchase from a membership.
  3. After payment, confirm the promotion status and dates, then check the public placement. Keep the order reference if payment and placement status differ.

Noura & Tokens

Check the quote, choose context deliberately and review the result.

Ask Noura and review a run
  1. Open Ask Noura in the intended professional workspace. Select a general question or the specific property, project or lead context you want Noura to use.
  2. Only include information you are authorized to use. Review the token quote before starting; the main chat cost varies with the requested work.
  3. Wait for the result and review it before using or publishing it. Open Run History to revisit the saved answer and its status instead of generating it again.
  4. Check Noura Tokens for the final settlement and any released reservation. If a run fails, read its status before deciding whether to start another paid run.
Understand the token charges
  1. Open Noura Tokens → How Noura Tokens are used for the current prices and charging intervals. The quote immediately before a run is authoritative.
  2. Profile Improver is currently 40 Tokens; reviewing a saved result is included. Daily Command is currently 2 Tokens when opened, once per Dubai calendar day.
  3. Public Ask Noura is currently 3 Tokens per chat, charged to the listing organization, with a maximum of 10 messages for new chats. Older chats may have a lower limit.
  4. Main Ask Noura typically ranges from 1 to 13 Tokens depending on the work. Planned services shown in the guide cannot be run yet.
Buy tokens or check a balance
  1. Open Noura Tokens and confirm the workspace, available balance and any reserved tokens.
  2. Choose a token package and review its current price before checkout. Buying tokens does not start an AI run.
  3. After returning, verify the purchase and balance. Recent Noura Token movements shows the latest 10 entries, including purchases, membership grants, reservations and settlements.

Privacy & security

Manage your sessions, preferences and personal data requests.

Review account sessions
  1. Open Account Security and review the available login and session information.
  2. End sessions you no longer recognize or need using the controls provided. Keep your current login available while making changes.
  3. Use the normal account recovery process if you cannot sign in. Never send a password, verification code or payment card number in a support message.
Request or download a personal data export
  1. Open Privacy Center and choose the appropriate personal data request.
  2. Track the request status on that page. Preparing an export is separate from downloading the completed file.
  3. When Download is available, use it while signed in to the requesting account. Check your browser downloads list for the file; download behavior and location depend on the browser.
  4. If the export is not yet available, review the request status instead of creating duplicate requests.
Change cookie or privacy preferences
  1. Use Cookie Settings in the site footer to reopen cookie choices after closing the initial banner.
  2. Use Privacy Center for the consent and preference controls associated with your account, then save the choices you change.
  3. Read the current Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for the applicable details. These guides explain the interface and do not replace the published policies.
