YPI.BG Promotions, Referral and Earn with YPI.BG Program Terms

Public terms for campaigns, referral rewards, affiliate-style programmes and incentives

Effective Date: 22/05/2026

1. Scope

These Program Terms apply to any YPI.BG referral, affiliate, reward, promotion, contest, incentive, discount, free trial, “Earn with YPI.BG” or similar programme unless separate written terms are published for a specific programme.

2. No guaranteed income or reward

Participation does not guarantee income, commission, reward, leads, clients, conversions, approvals or continued participation. Any examples, estimated earnings or promotional statements are illustrative only and not a promise of results.

3. Eligibility

participants must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering binding terms;

participants must provide accurate identity, contact, payment and tax information where requested;

business participants must hold all licences and approvals required for their activities;

YPI.BG may refuse or remove participants at any time for compliance, fraud, brand, regulatory or commercial reasons.

4. Referral and reward conditions

A reward is payable only if all conditions published by YPI.BG for the relevant programme are satisfied, including any qualifying action, payment, retention period, anti-fraud checks, refund period, chargeback period and verification requirements.

self-referrals, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, misleading promotions and artificial activity are prohibited;

rewards may be withheld, reversed or clawed back if the underlying transaction is refunded, cancelled, reversed, fraudulent or non-compliant;

YPI.BG may set minimum payout thresholds, payment cycles, expiry dates and documentation requirements;

participants are responsible for any taxes, fees or reporting obligations relating to rewards.

5. Marketing rules

Participants must not spam, mislead, use unsolicited marketing, impersonate YPI.BG, make false claims, bid on protected brand terms without approval, use illegal promotions, or suggest that YPI.BG guarantees investment returns, property availability, legal compliance or transaction results.

Participants must not misuse live chat, WhatsApp, enquiry forms or other Platform communication tools to spam, mislead, impersonate YPI.BG, solicit unlawful payments, bypass Platform rules or make claims not approved by YPI.BG.

6. Brand and content

YPI.BG may provide approved marketing materials. Participants must use them only as authorised and must immediately stop using YPI.BG branding on request. Participants grant YPI.BG the right to use programme-related submissions, testimonials, names, logos and performance data for programme operation and promotion where lawful.

7. Data protection

Participants must collect and use personal data lawfully, provide required notices, obtain required consents and secure all data. Participants must not upload or share personal data with YPI.BG unless they have the right to do so.

Nothing in these Program Terms is tax, legal or financial advice, and nothing constitutes a promise of income, approval, continued participation or business results.

Where mandatory law restricts, prohibits or regulates any promotion, referral, reward, payout, discount, marketing activity or public claim, YPI.BG may modify, suspend, withdraw or refuse the relevant programme or participant without liability.

Participants are solely responsible for determining and complying with any tax, reporting, business-licensing, advertising, consumer-protection, marketing, data-protection or local-law obligations arising from participation in a programme, receipt of rewards or promotion of YPI.BG.

7A. Tax, Mandatory Law and Local Restrictions

8. Suspension, modification and termination

YPI.BG may modify, suspend or terminate any programme, participant, reward, payout, discount or promotion at any time, with or without notice, unless specific programme terms state otherwise. YPI.BG may take immediate action where fraud, abuse, regulatory risk or brand harm is suspected.

9. Limitation and indemnity

YPI.BG is not liable for lost rewards, indirect losses, tax consequences, third-party platform issues, payment provider delays or unauthorised participant actions. Participants indemnify YPI.BG against claims, fines, losses and costs arising from their promotion, marketing, data use, breach of law or breach of these terms.

Monetary rewards, paid commissions or cash-equivalent incentives are available only where expressly approved by YPI.BG and may be restricted to business participants. Participants are solely responsible for all taxes, VAT, withholding taxes, social security, reporting obligations and local permissions arising from any reward, commission, discount or incentive.

YPI.BG may refuse, withhold or reverse any reward where participation creates tax, consumer, regulatory, fraud, payment or compliance risk.
